Defiance Hall is a 10,000 sf, authentically restored historic building with reaching mountain views built in 1820.

We host up to 300 people across two floors. We often use the full venue for weddings up to 125 guests, allowing the event to flow through the property. Ceremonies/vows and arrival receptions can be held on our outdoor terrace & creekside area or inside in a welcoming space. Dining typically takes place in the main hall, with wedding vows, dancing, and afterparties held upstairs in The Loft.

We offer a full suite of amenities, including liquor and commercial kitchen licenses; we offer in-house catering or bring in a third-party caterer.

Included in our rental are: - Two full bars - Kitchen for caterers - Tables, chairs, ceramic plate settings, metal cutlery, and cloth napkins for 150 people - Additonal folding tables and folding chairs for 150 people - Staffed cash bar - Projector - Wired and wireless microphones - Two PAs - DJ booth - Outdoor terrace seating for 125 people - Outdoor creek side receptions - Parking.

Optional items are: - Linens - 24-foot platform stage with full sound system for bands or live entertainment - custom-labeled War Cannon Spirits bottles for party favors.

  • The Loft at War Cannon Spirits is a private 3,500-square-foot space for hire. It comfortably hosts small engagements or significant events for up to 150 people.

     The Loft has a full bar, private washroom, several table and seating options, a projector, and a 24’ platform stage with a complete sound system to accommodate bands and DJs.

    We provide in-house catering with optional third-party services available.

  • Our tasting room, Defiance Hall, can accommodate over 250 people with our outdoor wraparound terrace and creek-side seating. 

  • An entire venue takeover, including Defiance Hall, creek-side terrace, and outdoor grounds, can accommodate over 400 people. Please inquire for additional details.
